Proficient in Mandarin and English languages Ambitious, goal orientation, strong attention to details, and the ability to aggressively focus on solving problems proactively and adaptable to our demanding, dynamic and rapidly changing work environment Hands-on experience with CMP polishing equipment, which includes familiarity with equipment operation, optical metrology, profilometry, common polishing slurries, and polishing pads In-depth understanding of polishing mechanisms for dielectric and metal CMP Good knowledge of material properties and characterization techniques Knowledge of statistics, mathematics principles and various machine learning algorithms Previous experience with wet processing and/or chemistry in academia or the semiconductor industry is essential. A comprehensive understanding of WET processes, including SWC, vapor etch, dry strip, bevel/backside removal, Cu-plating, and drying methods, is required. The ability to collaborate with other unit process teams, such as CMP, CVD, PVD, and dry etch, is crucial. Additionally, a strong grasp of surface analytical characterization techniques, such as SIMS, XPS, SEM, and TEM, is necessary. Strong aptitude for research and development with interest and capability to create production worthy technologies, able to research and stay abreast with the published literature in CMP/WET and relevant technology Drive continuous process and productivity improvements to meet the Yield, Quality, and Cycle time needs of Process Integration and Manufacturing, set process roadmaps Good ability to direct and manage CMP consumables and equipment suppliers Prioritizes and manages multiple projects effectively, applying resources and seeking assistance to overcome obstacles in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to convey the message clearly and sharply both locally and globally (written, verbal and presentation). Proficient in planning and completing well-designed experiments and presenting results in clear concise reports M.S. or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field. B.S or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years industry experience are both acceptable. Memory or Logic industry experience is helpful but not required (CMP/WET experience preferable)
