Staff Engineer of Chemical Expert, Global Facilities North Asia

Design and Construct and develop regional greenfield projects aligned with global standards. Collaborate with central sustainability, cost, construction, and line planning teams. Support site system improvement projects, including system reliability improvements, quality enhancement, and equipment end-of-life replacements. Coordinate regional efforts and identify strategic program alignment opportunities (e.g., BCP, Critical Spec, Quality Defense Line). Ensure alignment on metrics reporting. Provide critical development standard alignment and support construction projects. Assist the Global Facilities Central Engineering Team, Construction Team, Line Planning Team, and O&M Team. Demonstrated background in chemical engineering, particularly within facility chemical & slurry systems. Outstanding project management skills. Skill to proficiently apply and synchronize with worldwide benchmarks. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
