Deliver Technical Aid, Direction, and Mastery Support and advise Site Facilities & Manufacturing teams in North Asia as the Technical Rigor Subject Matter Expert. Work closely with internal collaborators and interested parties, such as the Technology Development Team, Procurement, Finance, and Legal. Analyze system builds to determine improvements for better performance, efficiency gains, reduced maintenance, and cost savings. Support sites with problem analysis using standard tools and methodologies. Develop system invention concepts for deployment in Design and Construction Projects. Provide support for cost and schedule estimates and justification for approval. Ensure scope meets customer and requestor needs and change management procedures are followed. Participate actively in the EHS program by reporting all EHS-related concerns or problems immediately. Take charge of Global Facilities Programs & Initiatives, setting goals, strategies, and top-level implementation plans. Head Global Facilities Sustainability Initiatives, encompassing Emissions, Energy, Water, Wastewater, and Green Infrastructure Development Pillars. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. Understanding of Gas Engineering. Ability to make decisions, troubleshoot problems, and address root causes. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build strong peer relationships. Ability to multi-task and prioritize complex projects. Strong interpersonal skills and customer/co-worker relationships. Verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in an additional language preferred).
