You will need to display experience in managing programs setup among different stakeholders internally and externally. Well versed in driving projects with the use of data collected from the line and able to support deploying initiatives across different geologic locations. Prefer to have understanding of data analytics skills and use those skills and knowledge to provide actionable insights to existing data. Background in the manufacturing operation will be required with the ability to understand the impact of site NCD & cost of non conformance performance. Independent and self-motivated to see through the completion of projects. Possess and/or display knowledge in supplier quality management. In addition to possessing technical know-how and being communication savvy, candidate will be looked upon as creative problem solvers to resolve conflicts in projects. Demonstrated high-level analytical problem-solving skills, time management, organization and multitasking abilities.
