Ensure system reliability, safety compliance, and support fab expansion projects from design through ramp-up. 1. Facility Operations & Maintenance Oversee daily operations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance (PM), and emergency response planning. Manage gas and chemical delivery systems (e.g., bulk tanks, cylinders, slurry systems). Conduct routine inspections, fault diagnostics, spare parts management, and on-site training. 2. New Fab Construction & Expansion Lead facility system design, construction supervision, equipment commissioning, and production ramp-up for new fabs. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and schedule adherence. Support system selection, technical evaluation, and cost control during fab build-out. 3. System Optimization & Improvement Analyze and improve existing systems for performance, reliability, and energy efficiency. 4. Serve as a technical mentor for junior engineers and support team knowledge transfer. Required Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor facility operations or fab construction. Proficient in Bulk/Specialty Gas/Chemical systems. Skilled in AutoCAD, TPM, JHA analysis, and EHS compliance. Certified in hazardous chemical handling, air pollution control, or equivalent.
