DRAM Design Validation Engineer

Report findings confidently to Design Readiness and support root cause analysis. Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or Master's degree. 2-5 years of relevant experience. Technical knowledge of DRAM architecture and functionality. Strong circuit-level understanding, including simulation and debugging. Advanced proficiency in C, C++, and Python programming languages. Experience developing Python-based validation sequences. Expertise in validation coverage and tester operation. Ability to expand validation scope through margin and functionality analysis. Proven track record as a technical resource in validation environments.
