ENGINEER - DEMQRA COMPUTE RTD

Generate and verify reliability and characterization test flows. Review new design specifications and debug issues during flow development. Optimize test procedures for efficiency and coverage. Identify relevant failures for qualification and collaborate on resolution. Work with design, process, test, and reliability teams to determine root causes and solve quality issues. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of both low-level and high-level programming languages. Familiarity with semiconductor device physics and circuit analysis. Prior experience in semiconductor reliability testing. Understanding of device characterization methodologies. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in high-tech environments.
