Job Opportunity: Global ADM Equipment Install Manager
Location: Suwon, or Ansan Korea Technology Center, South Korea.
Core Purpose of the Role
Entegris is seeking a highly motivated, customer-centric Global ADM Equipment Install Manager to lead global deployment of our ADM Precursor Delivery Systems Product Line. This role is essential to ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely installations while driving strategic capacity-building initiatives to support our customers and expand our market presence.
The ideal candidate will lead a large multi-regional team (more than 20 people) of Field Service Managers and Engineers and work cross-functionally with fab technology engineering teams, product development, account and product management to participate in the delivery of innovative, multi-faceted liquid and solid precursors delivery system solutions tailored to customer needs. This is senior-level management role requiring both proven customer-facing and project management track of records with strong technical acumen, people and project leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Service Engineering Team Management
People management responsibilities for multiple regional FSE teams – Initially with 2 regional FSE teams growing market share in Solid State Delivery Cabinets for Metal precursors with strategic customers.
Align best-practice and knowledge sharing of ALD/CVD process and equipment.
Foster individual growth plans.
2. ADM Equipment Project & Install Management
Coordinate the deployment of Entegris’ solid delivery hardware solutions—from RFQs and logistics to installation and qualification.
Coordinate with engineering, facilities, IT, procurement, and product management to align deployment schedules and technical requirements.
Ensure compliance with specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
Entegris Korea Technology Center delivery cabinet management and daily operation.
3. Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
Interface with customers and coordinate with account managers to ensure VOC is properly communicated to Product Managers, NPD and BU.
Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with expectations.
4. Technical Oversight
Review hardware specifications, installation documentation, and integration plans.
Ensure compatibility with fab infrastructure and process flows.
Consolidate VOC and work with Product Manager to define Product Road Map.
Provide technology foresight and participate in product development meetings.
5. Risk & Quality Management
Identify deployment risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams (account, quality, engineering) to improve product and service quality.
6. Capacity Building
Propose and manage strategic projects to enhance internal capacity (human and material) to address customer pain points through data driven arguments.
Addressing customer pain points and improve the MS division’s industry standing through timely and accurate customer engagement.
7. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed records of deployment activities and performance metrics.
Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in science and engineering field of studies.
12+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with increasing responsibility.
6+ years of experience managing technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP, Smartsheet, and Salesforce is a plus.
Fluent in written and verbal English (required).
Willingness to travel and be accessible during off-hours when needed.
Desired Qualifications
Master’s degree/PhD degree in science and engineering field of studies.
Experience in fab environments and understanding of fab processes.
Advanced knowledge of semiconductor industry culture.
Experience with ALD, CVD, or related technologies.
Background in equipment/tool deployment in semiconductor manufacturing.
