The Role: Specialist, Sales Operations 

Entegris Korea is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and support our business with key semiconductor customers. 
In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficient and effective sales operations by coordinating internal processes and external interactions. 

In this role you will: 

• Provide effective sales operations support by understanding the full sales cycle and the associated internal and external processes 

• Manage various requests on behalf of the sales team through internal systems 

• Generate and maintain regular sales reports, and enhance existing reporting tools to support performance tracking and analysis 

• Assist the sales team in resolving issues related to sales operations procedures 

• Support the coordination of sales meetings and events 

• Deliver administrative support to the sales team 

• Maintain up-to-date Entegris information on customer portal sites 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

• Bachelor’s Degree   

• Proficient in MS office 

• Intermediate level of speaking and writing in English 

• Sales, sales support, or customer service experience is an advantage 

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player
