Specialist 1, Facilities, Data Entry

Job descriptions:

• Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and related documents for all Facility items and services.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing of facility-related documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage facility inventory, including monitoring input/output of spare parts, tools, and consumables; perform regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.
• Support the Facilities team in daily administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, checking staff attendance, preparing reports, and controlling general consumables. 
• Ensure timely communication and proper documentation for all assigned activities.
• Support and coordinate 5S activities within the Facilities and Manufacturing areas to ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

Working experience:

• 0+ work experience in related experiences. 
• 1+ year of experience in managing data entry, document preparation and control, administration work and store warehouse is an advantage.
