Software Engineer Apps 3

Design, develop, and maintain [insert software application(s) or focus area]. Drive adoption of internal software products across Lam. Collaborate with application teams and process engineers in planning, data collection, modeling, data analysis, and report results to stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally to understand Product roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, software requirements, and business use cases. Provide requirements and user stories to product managers and developers to ensure required capabilities are available for applications. Acts as single point of contact accountable for applications and key projects. Works with stakeholders to determine appropriate multi-product workflows or integration including database connections to transform data between the application and the database. Develop clean, scalable, maintainable, and testable application code. Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to enhance functionality of software applications. Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years; or a PhD with no previous professional experience; or equivalent work experience. Experience in [insert specifics e.g., front-end, back-end, data analysis]. Proficient in python, [insert other specific programming language], or similar programming languages. Familiarity with software product development methodologies. Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adjust to shifting priorities, and meet business needs. Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate and communicate with diverse, cross-functional, and matrixed internal and external partners. Prior semiconductor experience is preferred.
