Bachelor' s degree in Engineering with MBA/PGDM (Supply Chain/ Lean Operations) with 12 to 15 years of experience (minimum 5 to 8 years of supervisory experience in the areas related to Operations, Service Parts Planning, demand planning, Forecasting, inventory Management, New Product Planning & Customer Escalations handling in Planning Operations) Effective team handling and people management experience with coaching and mentoring skills Experience on Service Parts Management (SPM) Tool or any other planning tools preferred Strong analytical, problem solving and system skills Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and work under minimal supervision to drive projects High energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, able to meet tight deadlines Proven ability and skill set to analyze, document and improve business processes with sustained results Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally Knowledge of Planning, Inventory management, Customer Management and Lean operations techniques Experience in aftermarket Spares Operations or Automotive or e-commerce or Consulting practice Exposure to Qlik sense, SAP, SPM, PowerApps's, Power BI will be preferred Lean management experience is mandatory. Green Belt Certification preferred.
