Embedded Business Analyst, Lead

Performs detailed business analysis, develops insights and solutions for the business function with the support BA(s) in LIDAS Develops Functional Analytics Roadmaps that supports the strategic objectives of business function Develops resource plan for the function(s) based on the roadmap Acts as a functional single point of contact (SPOC) to deliver roadmap/business needs by: Define business requirements and prioritizing them based on EVA with the functional stakeholders and management Translate business needs into written requirements for BA(s) to execute Manage functional user testing of applications/dashboards/reporting and data quality assurance Support or own user acceptance testing Provide postproduction user support Document findings and lessons learned from proof of concepts and discovery projects Participates in the governance and prioritization of projects across the business function Data Analysis skills, experience in extracting information from databases, Office 365 Experience in Agile/SCRUM process and development using any tools. Knowledge of SAP systems (SAP ECC T-Codes & Navigation) Knowledge of 8D Methodology & its Success Criteria Handson with CSBG Spares/Upgrades/Reliant/Legesy tool and process Experience in project requirements gathering and converting business requirements into analytical & technical specs. Good understanding of business processes and experience in Engineering Services Knowledge in performing Root cause analysis and Corrective actions. Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills, able to communicate cross-functionally. Experience with Data Analysis/Data Profiling, Visualization tools (Power BI) Expert in Database and Data warehouse tech (Azure Synapse/SQL Server/SAP HANA/IPLM) Bachelor's Degree: Math/Statistics/Operations Research/Computer Science Master's Degree: Business Analytics (with a background in Computer Science) Our commitment WFE or discrete manufacturing industry experience with ETO/CTO/MTO business model in high-volume manufacturing Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets for decision support Able to work with minimal direct guidance or direction Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment Understanding of best practices in the industry and application to real life
