Knowledge of SAP systems (SAP ECC T-Codes & Navigation) Knowledge of 8D Methodology & its Success Criteria Handson with CSBG Spares/Upgrades/Reliant/Legesy tool and process Experience in project requirements gathering and converting business requirements into analytical & technical specs. Good understanding of business processes and experience in Engineering Services Knowledge in performing Root cause analysis and Corrective actions.
