Team Leadership: Guide and develop a team of procurement professionals. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, shared services, operations management or related area and at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in eProcurement and eSourcing tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Leadership: Demonstrated people leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of procurement. Extensive experience in indirect procurement within a complex, multinational environment. Strong proficiency across the end-to-end procurement process. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence internal stakeholders at various levels of seniority. Experience applying procurement governance, standards, and policies (e.g., SOPs, compliance frameworks). Solid understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements in a global setting. Strategic mindset paired with strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and decision-making skills. High resilience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international business context. Change management awareness and willingness to foster a culture of performance, ethics, and collaboration. Fluent English is a must; additional languages are an asset. Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, or PMP are highly desirable.
