It’s completely backwards. Companies are trying to lure top talent away from their current jobs, yet they make the process as tedious as possible, forcing qualified candidates to fill out lengthy forms, set up accounts, and jump through unnecessary hoops. If they really want someone, they should make them feel special. You know, special.
