Yield Analysis Engineer

Yield Monitoring Generates and maintains an accurate Pareto of yield issues Identifies new yield issues by monitoring probe yields and trends Understands and explains gaps between target yields and actual yields Understands part operation and fabrication process and how they relate to probe results Ability to understand Probe, Param, RDA, and Fab metrics to identify, interpret and solve yield issues Ability to identify and sample appropriate wafers for failure analysis, and submits jobs for failure analysis Ability to communicates yield and failure analysis results to appropriate areas in the Fab, and provides potential courses of action Ability to interpret failure analysis results and failure mechanism, relating probe results with failure analysis results
