Organize, coordinate, and manage Talent Management and Organization Solutions projects and programs. Deliver talent and organization programs to create a high-performing organization by developing our leadership pipeline and increasing organization effectiveness. Partner with Integrated Talent Management team members, HR business partners, managers, leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders. Use program and project management approaches to manage the annual Talent Management cycle and other talent and organization programs and strategies. Develop a deep understanding of Lam's culture, business, and ecosystem to inform your work. Passion for program management, talent management, organizational development, and collaboration. Drive the design and execution of talent pools and performance management programs. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions. Interpret data to build and measure the impact of Talent Management programs. Experience: 5+ years in an HR Talent or Program Management role. Education: BA/BS degree or higher, or equivalent practical experience. Collaboration: Ability to build relationships, partner with, and understand client and employee needs. Organization: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Mindset: Learning, collaborative, global, systems approach, data-driven, bias for action. Proven success in managing Talent and OD programs Ability to quickly understand business, organizational, and cultural drivers Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Talent Management Systems. Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
