Develop ATE test package for Infineon's leading edge digital power management new products Work with design and concept engineers to incorporate DfT features into new products to ensure quality at low cost of test Develop test hardware using EDA tools, using pre-existing libraries for printed circuit board (PCB) templates and component symbols Execute product characterization, document and release test package to volume production, support silicon characterization and qualification Participate in new ATE platforms evaluation and new test concept development Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, physics or Computer Engineering Minimum of 3 years of experience developing production test solutions for mixed signal ICs or modules using ATE Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles in areas including analog and digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity Experience designing PCBs using schematic capture tools such as Cadence Allegro Sound test-programming skills and experience programming in C / C++,Java, Vbasic, LabVIEW and script languages Working experience highly desirable in Teradyne ETS-364/88/800, J750and Advantest V93K systems Hands-on experience making bench electrical measurements using signal generators, oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers, including bench test automation Knowledge in digital and analog IC design environment, pattern generation and verification a plus Demonstrated skills in problem solving, communications and teamwork We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
