Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled PMIS (Procore) Systems Analyst to join Micron’s US Construction Category team, supporting procurement for capital and mega-construction projects. This role focuses on administering, optimizing, and integrating the Procore PMIS platform to align with business processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and support strategic objectives globally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of the Procore PMIS platform, ensuring alignment with business processes and strategic goals.

  • Architect and manage integrations with ERP, scheduling, document control, and other enterprise systems for seamless data flow.

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and deliver training programs to maximize platform adoption and proficiency.

  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for real-time visibility into project status, financial performance, and compliance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as liaison between Procore, internal teams, and external vendors to drive system enhancements and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience administering Procore or similar PMIS platforms, including configuration and optimization.

  • Strong understanding of construction procurement workflows, documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders), and project lifecycle.

  • Experience integrating Procore with enterprise systems (ERP, scheduling, document control, supplier databases).

  • Proven ability to deliver user training, onboarding, and technical support for digital construction platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Procore Certification(s) or equivalent credentials.

  • Experience developing custom reports and dashboards for leadership and project teams.

  • Familiarity with compliance standards, data privacy, and risk mitigation in construction technology.

  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills to enable cross-functional collaboration.

  • Ability to champion cross-functional initiatives that leverage technology for measurable business impact.
