Partner with senior leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with Lam's business objectives and core values. Lead organizational development initiatives and support change management efforts. Operate effectively within a highly matrixed global organization, collaborating across multiple reporting lines and geographies to deliver results. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 15-20 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven experience in Malaysia's high-tech manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to lead RBA labor compliance programs. Startup experience in scaling HR functions and building culture from the ground up. Experience working in a highly matrixed reporting structure, with strong stakeholder management across local and global teams. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus. Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and diversity initiatives. Lead implementation and monitoring of RBA labour standards, ensuring ethical labour practices and compliance with global and local regulations. Manage employee relations, investigations, and grievance procedures with integrity and fairness.
