SR I4.0 ANALYST - SMART MFG & AI

You will collaborate with a skilled team of Data Scientists and Data Engineers to compose, analyze, and implement data science solutions. Your work will be crucial to identifying cost opportunities and delivering value across different business functions. Specifically, you will: Collaborate with Data Engineers & Data Scientists to efficiently implement I4.0 projects requiring coordination and support of resources from global teams Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Central Cost, Site Cost, and Program Management teams to identify and rigorously implement end-to-end AI-based solution for identification of cost opportunities and value capture Quantify, track, and monitor the financial and operational impact of I4.0 solutions to the business Identify new I4.0 use cases and guidelines within strategic and operational engineering and commercial processes Develop business case, including impact validation approach, ROI of potential solutions and prioritize & propose projects for implementation Think critically to break down complex data and processes, identifying key levers for applicable solutions At least 3-5 years of work experience in Cost projects and Cost initiatives within Operations functions Familiar with processes, systems and solutions preferably in the semiconductor industry Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to work multi-functionally with peers, senior and mid-level management Peer leadership and relationship management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly organized and ability to remain flexible to the changing business needs
