Sr Engineer, Tainan FAC WTS

Build piping systems and perform flow and pressure calculations to optimize water system performance. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability of water systems. Manage annual budgets for operations and improvement projects, strictly controlling costs to meet financial targets. Coordinate contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new tool installations, facility hookups, and regulatory applications. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience. Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of deionized water, process cooling water, chilled water, and wastewater treatment systems. Strong understanding of EHS standards and water treatment regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures. Engineering or a related field's Advanced degree. Familiarity with water purification technologies such as RO, UF, and EDI. Experience in energy-saving and sustainability projects, including heat recovery and water reuse. Demonstrated history of mentoring engineers at various levels and sharing operational guidelines. Active participation in TPM, Kaizen, and ESG initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
