Sr Engineer, Tainan FAC Hookup (Tool installation)

Develop and complete tool hookups, interpreting P&ID, electrical schematics, and layout drawings. Coordinate utility connections, ensuring adherence to SEMI standards and safety protocols. Collaborate with process, equipment, construction, and EHS teams to manage multiple parallel projects. Prepare and monitor detailed budgets, tracking costs and analyzing deviations for corrective actions. Manage external contractors, ensuring quality, safety compliance, and successful project execution. Skilled in MEP systems, encompassing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and gas/chemical systems. Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Strong project management skills with experience in permit application and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication skills in English and another language, with a TOEIC score above 750. Deep understanding of EHS standards and proactive risk identification. Understanding of SEMI standards, cleanroom protocols, and safety procedures. Experience in budget planning, cost control, and contractor management. Strong problem-solving skills, capable of resolving utility conflicts and performing root cause analysis. Enthusiastic about mentoring engineers and contributing to ongoing improvement efforts like TPM, Kaizen, and Lean. Ability to prepare technical reports, installation records, and as-built drawings.
