Sr Engineer, Tainan FAC BIM

Participate in BIM 3D and 2D drawing spatial coordination meetings to resolve model issues and conflicts. Assist in the development, construction, and completion of as-built drawings in Revit. Ensure facility management data (LOD500) is input throughout the construction process and updated during the operation and maintenance phase. Extensive experience in BIM applications and the construction and expansion of semiconductor facilities. Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit 3D views, Navisworks clash detection, and on-site spatial coordination. Strong English communication skills. Outstanding coordination skills and proven ability to solve critical project challenges. Familiarity with semiconductor plant piping system development or on-site construction. Ability to use 2D and BIM 3D software for spatial checking. Experience in engineering drawing management. Passionate about sharing knowledge and mentoring others. Support global company missions and willing to travel as needed.
