Reports to the Managing Director of Order Management and Execution (OM&E) and will have ownership for Order Management & Execution across manufacturing sites in Korea, Malaysia and Taiwan; including functions in India. The OM&E leaders' mission is to enable customer deliveries to meet requested shipment timing, enable future order factory capacity and meet product lead times while also meeting Manufacturing cost commitments. The leader must understand product and market requirements and work closely with Global Operations counterparts to enable strategic and operational commitments. Responsible to drive performance for On-Time as Committed shipments, meeting Customer demand to requested need dates, and Configuration Quality and Accuracy Direct functional responsibilities for System Project Management, Configuration Engineering, and Production Control Drive achievement of organizational goals, culture & core values through delivery of cross-functional objectives and people strategies Responsible for configuration management, order commitment, order change management, enabling manufacturing processes, and shipment execution. Work with internal business partners to ensure configuration management processes are robust and high quality to ensure customer configuration expectations are met. Partners with internal stakeholders in Sales Operations, Product Management, and Global Operations to drive continuous improvement in order fulfillment processes to improve competitiveness in meeting customer needs and product lead times Bachelor's degree, Masters (MBA, Engineering, Supply Chain or other Operational discipline) preferred 10-15+ years in relevant operational disciplines, with cross-functional experience in a global environment. At least 5-years' experience working directly with VP level executives Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations is required Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, excellent executive presence Strong business acumen, relationship skills and the ability to speak with data English fluency Experience in semiconductor, aerospace, health care or similar industries is preferred. Experience leading a global team through a period of significant change and growth is preferred Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into locally relevant operational plans Ability to influence in a matrix organization across Business Units Agility - the ideal candidate actively prioritizes and manages through multiple priorities, quickly and smoothly Able to identify opportunities for value-creating/positive change, can craft a vision and architect a change strategy in collaboration with multiple stakeholders Ability to set and manage accountabilities and expectations at all levels, acts quickly to resolve conflicts Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work across time zones especially with Lam factories in the U.S., Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and Austria
