Build and maintain robust financial models to support Opex planning, capital investments, and long-term strategic decisions. Lead quarterly Opex planning by project, including labor, controllable expenses, depreciation, and allocations. Present comprehensive Opex plans to senior management. Guide monthly closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, reporting, and variance analysis. Perform detailed financial analysis, identify key drivers, and communicate actionable recommendations to management and business partners. Assist with analysis on capital projects for site operations and the new lab in Santa Clara. Partner with Finance and BU teams to drive adoption of data tools (Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tableau, PRM) for streamlined reporting and analysis. Provide ad hoc modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and project prioritization. Collaborate cross-functionally and remain flexible to shifting priorities and evolving business needs. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to remain adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, changing environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tableau, and PRM preferred. Basic accounting knowledge and strong analytical/problem-solving skills. Experience in semiconductor equipment or other manufacturing enterprises is a plus.
