Intel Foundry Automation (IFA) User Interfaces group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing user interfaces using the .NET Framework. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with C#, WPF, ASP.NET demonstrating the ability to build robust, scalable, and visually appealing applications. You should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and delivering high-quality code in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating seamless user experiences are essential for this role.

As a Software Development Engineer, you will:

  • Design, develop, test, and debug software applications used by Manufacturing end users or integrated with other applications.
  • Use modern software development methodologies and programming languages, follow secure coding practices and software legal compliance guidelines, analyze user stories, write functional and test code, automate build and deployment, and perform unit integration and end-to-end testing of applications.
  • Work with end users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related STEM field.
  • 4+ years programming experience in any and/or all of the following: C# using .NET Framework and WPF, C++, VB

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in computer science or a related STEM field and 2+ years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, user experience, and usability best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proven expertise in C# and WPF
  • Semiconductor Fabrication and Automation experience.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Information Security protocols.
  • Expertise with User Interface development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

 

 

$96,360.00-187,500.00 USD
