Microchip Ennis operates within Microchip’s High Reliability Discrete Solutions Group (HRDS) which offers one of the industry's most comprehensive power, module, and signal discrete semiconductor product portfolios. Markets that the HRDS group address include alternative energy, industrial, medical, defence, commercial aviation, communications, embedded systems, motor control, and power solutions.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chemical Engineer with hands-on experience in electroplating processes or equivalent discipline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining electrochemical plating processes used in advanced semiconductor fabrication, ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and yield improvements.
As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be a key member of the engineering team at Microchip, responsible for ensuring that our products meet customer needs and have the highest quality. Through part requirement analysis, definition, and selection, ensure product is correctly processed through screening and sampling operations as required by governing bodies and internal requirements. Create and maintain Process and Product definition with associated process controls and automation initiatives ensuring continuous operational and business improvement.
The Manufacturing Engineering team in Ennis are comprised of electrical, mechanical and chemical disciplines. This position will focus on the chemical support for the site. .
