As the Data Center Group (DCG) integrates Celestial AI technologies into our portfolio, we are seeking a Senior Change and Transformation Management Program Manager to lead organizational transition initiatives and ensure teams are fully prepared to adopt and sustain new ways of working.

What You Can Expect

  • Lead organizational change and transition programs supporting the Celestial AI integration within DCG, ensuring successful adoption across global teams.
  • Plan, implement, and reinforce organizational changes required to move teams from the current state to the future state. This includes conducting readiness assessments, developing communication plans, managing resistance, coordinating training and enablement, and recognizing key milestones to ensure sustained adoption.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program and change plans, including timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Execute a consistent operating cadence that drives alignment, clear communication, and timely decision-making across cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, IT, HR, and other organizations to ensure technical, operational, and organizational readiness for the integration.
  • Drive communication strategies tailored to diverse stakeholder groups to maintain transparency, engagement, and clarity throughout the transition.
  • Identify adoption risks and resistance points; collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to address impacts and maintain forward momentum.
  • Build and execute training and enablement plans to support required mindset, skillset, and toolset changes across impacted teams.
  • Track adoption metrics, monitor progress, and reinforce success through recognition of key achievements and transition milestones.
  • Prepare concise decision proposals outlining options, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to remove barriers and maintain program momentum.
  • Apply and enhance Marvell program governance standards to ensure consistent, high-quality program execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Business, Science, Art or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in Change Management or Transformation Management.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional transformation or transition programs.
  • Experience managing organizational change involving new processes, tools, technology, or operating models.
  • Strong background partnering with Product, Engineering, IT, and Operations to align technical and organizational aspects of change.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, solve problems, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working within PMO-governed methodologies and using standard program management tools.
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology integrations or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills with a global orientation.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

166,160 - 248,900, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
