Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders and ensuring timely delivery to maintain optimal stock levels.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Assist with budget planning and expense tracking to support financial management efforts.
