Efficiently process plates at the print and repair workstations with a focus on high quality Maintain printability, repair, and SEM/EDX certifications Monitor tool health and respond to trends and out-of-specification tool and process conditions Collaborate with the Sustaining team to deliver reticles meeting customer specifications and timely delivery targets Learn new skills in multiple software programs to effectively carry out the responsibilities of the role Drive continuous improvement by updating specifications and eliminating gaps that negatively impact MTC's goals Mentor and train manufacturing personnel and other specialists High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years experience in semiconductor manufacturing roles Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong troubleshooting background and hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing tools Proficient in managing multiple tasks with keen attention to detail Willingness to support all reticle manufacturing processes from running tools to reviewing results Able to work independently and with minimal direction Ability to work any assigned shift and overtime when needed AAS or AS Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent trade school/military experience) 2+ years' experience in semiconductor or reticle fab, cleanroom experience Experience with printability and/or photomask highly preferred
