Registered Apprenticeship Program - Equipment Technician

Adhere to all apprenticeship guidelines, protocols and additional instructions from program lead Complete the required safety training and conduct all work in accordance with safety policies Performs and facilitates audits and submits good catches on safety issues Partners with Production and Shift Engineers/Technicians to complete daily priorities Accurately details the work performed and current tool statuses Provides troubleshooting support for equipment-related problems and addresses root causes High School Diploma or GED Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in Northern Virginia Community College's Engineering Technology Certificate or AAS Degree Basic PC skills including MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint Solid time management and prioritization skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes Basic knowledge of AC/DC circuits, including fundamentals of electricity Ability to multi-tasking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Enjoy working in a team environment
