This is a Carrier Management Role responsible for ensuring our Logis?cs Service Providers (LSP) performs at the agreed level of execu?on. It requires a broad level of understanding in various transporta?on networks (Air, Ocean, Ground, and Parcel Shipping) and familiarity with freight flow (Order Management, This role ensures the effec?ve execu?on of the communica?on externally with LSP and internally with Buyers and Supplier Managers. Specifically, the role will be responsible for the following ac?vi?es: Service Level Performance Management o Escala?on Management o On Time Performance o Missing, Wrong, & Damage PPM Cross Dock Management MBR Par?cipa?on, Carrier Management New Volume Onboarding 1. Defining Global Processes a. All established processes must be applicable across the globe i. Communication cadence with shipper/suppliers/carriers/within Applied ii. Miscommunication leading to carrier failure is considered a process break (our b. Manage carrier SOWs i. Know & uphold our expectations from our carriers ii. Work with CBM team if an expectation is not met c. Establishing clear & achievable SLAs/KPIs i. Review transit with carriers ii. Review agreed transit time as per pricing schedule iii. Work with CBMs on Performance Plans d. Internal Promotions i. 1. Covering end-to-end process from EDI to Freight Payment. 2. Bachelor's Degree Years of logis?cs or rela?ve experience contributes to Job Grade placement Demonstrate sense of urgency. Accustomed to taking accountability for ensuring that projects are completed on ?me. Iden?fies and resolves technical, opera?onal, and organiza?onal problems. Analy?cal and use of data to drive solu?ons. Strong a?en?on to details Ability to deal with ambiguity. High level of business acumen.
