Quality Engineer (Non-R&D) 3

Responsible for handling of internal quality issues. Partner with stakeholders for root cause investigation, corrective and preventive actions. Drive quality improvements to reduce/prevent repeated & recurrence issue. Drive proactive measure, standardization, and cross product learning proliferation. Compile and report quality performance in global and site review platforms. Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities of improvement in the manufacturing process. Ensure that manufacturing processes and ultimately, final products, meet both internal and external quality standards. Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree. Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor and quality related field. Hands on experience in process, product, and line audit. Possess statistical analysis, Six Sigma / Lean manufacturing skills. Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills. Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Experience working in clean room environment.
