We have an immediate opening for a Quality Control Technician to work in our advanced manufacturing department based in our Hopkinton, MA location. You will also be expected to work up to 50% of your time in our Nashua, NH location. This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm.
A Quality Control Technician needs perform standardized quality checks on our company's products to ensure they meet the required legal and company standards for safety and quality, and that non-conforming products do not continue through the production process and are not distributed to customers. In this role, you will conduct quality inspections throughout production, including incoming, in-process and final inspections. During these inspections, you will use a variety of precision measuring tools to ensure that products follow specifications. You will also maintain the equipment calibration database, prepare test data, perform process audits, and identify areas for quality improvement. Applicants should have manufacturing or machine shop experience.
To ensure success as a Quality Control Technician, you should have a strong working knowledge of mathematical concepts, excellent visual awareness, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
