Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Single Point of contact for any items and is the supervisor and decision maker of personnel.
2. Responsible for all systems and generally onsite full-time during construction. Expectation is for the personnel to be onsite if work on their system is ongoing.
3. Manage CM and QAQC engineers,
4. Regularly provide update to TI.
5. Provide supervision of QAQC and CM resources and support personnel.
6. Coordinate with the MEI project team to adjust site labor and resources.
7. Provide single point of contact for client Project Manager for interface and direction of activities and priorities for team.
8. Ensure team is following all tool hook up related specifications, materials & installation specifications and process, local and country codes, and relevant regulations for ESH, Security, Clean room and Customs.
9. Ensure team follows materials & installation specifications and process.
10. Attended all construction meetings
5+ years of construction site management experience. Proven work experience in construction management in a cleanroom and/or semiconductor facility. Demonstrate ability in building strong working relationships & stakeholder management.
· Good procedural development and quality control of tool installations and cleanroom related work, including tool moving, uncrating, wreck-out, repair, tool hook up, utility activation etc.
· Skilled at managing multiple trades onsite and resolving conflicts.
· Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Good execution capability, communication and reporting skill.
· Experience with the semiconductor industry, clean room and equipment installation. College engineering degree or above, Electrical engineering is a plus.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in computer drafting using AutoCAD.
· Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, DWG TrueView, Adobe PDF.
