As we invest significantly in our site to meet the growing semiconductor market, we are looking for a dynamic Finance Project Controller to play a central role in this exciting transformation.

- Project Management Financial Support: Set up robust project reporting, monitor budgets, analyze progress, and report on project costs. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and assist in KPI tracking.

- General Finance Support: Aid the Fostoria Finance department in preparing for significant growth, focusing on internal controls, ERP systems, process efficiencies, and CAPEX reporting. - Other: Provide financial support to Operations and Supply Chain Management, ensure compliance to internal controls, and actively drive process improvement. Minimum Qualifications & Education





- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

- 5+ years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment

- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in financial reporting tools, especially Excel Preferred Qualifications & Education

- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

- Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance


Additional Requirements:

- Financial analysis, project management, and manufacturing experience highly desirable

- Strong collaborative, communication, and influence skills

- Disciplined individual with a good understanding of governance structures
