Program/Project Manager 5

Lead programs in Digital Transformation (DT) related projects to solve complex business problems. Build solutions that will improve business processes and support critical business strategies. Provide actionable insights for management to influence decision making through data collection and analysis. Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders. Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process. Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure. Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery. Utilize Jira for project tracking, testing, cutover, and deployment processes. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent experience. 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support. Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
