- Market & Technology Analysis:
- Identify the best available solutions and opportunities in the market.
- Evaluate potential partners whose offerings align closely with project requirements.
- Perform comparative analysis of solutions from technical, economic (Cost of Test), and throughput-per-area perspectives.
- Strategic Planning & Team Building:
- Establish and lead a cross-functional team (internal and external) to develop the Cube solution.
- Define the unique value proposition of Cube and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Customer Engagement & Communication:
- Articulate and communicate the value proposition to customers and stakeholders.
- Engage with key customers to validate requirements and secure early adoption.
- Demonstrate the solution’s capabilities in real-world scenarios.
- Product Validation & Commercialization:
- Initiate and manage small-scale production validation campaigns.
- Define and implement a roadmap for scaling to full production.
- Set up or identify a dedicated division within Advantest responsible for P&L ownership of the Cube product post-validation.
