Product Yield & Analytics ESDA Engineer

ESDA setup for new products o Ensure ESDA is available for all DRAM and NAND parts before first Silicon reaches Probe. o Verify that setup is correct and ESDA data is available to YE groups. o Enable ESDA on new technology and new test data. Maintain ESDA System o Be a central point of contact for customer problems with ESDA. o Identify root cause of ESDA problems quickly and solve or contact and work with responsible department to solve. o Forecast future needs for ESDA system and be pro-active in addressing. Improving ESDA System o Identify opportunities to leverage ESDA data for yield improvement and reliability improvement. o Improve ability to use ESDA for defect matching for feedback to RDA and YE. o Create Engineering software tools for ESDA analysis and product line monitoring. o Work with FA groups on tactical issues involving ESDA analysis to understand current usage. Alignment o Drive for alignment across fabs on how ESDA data is collected, stored, analyzed and reported. o Help in establishing common company-wide criteria for measuring performance of ESDA system. o Work with other departments/sites on prioritizing ESDA related projects (with timelines and deliverables). o Facilitate meetings across departments to get input and consensus on improvements/fixes to ESDA. 3 years or more engineering experience with memory products in one or more of the following areas: o Product Engineering o Product Test o Product Design o Product Yield Enhancement Familiar in at least one programming language, preference for Python. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively (written and verbal) across multiple locations and teams. BS or MS in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or equivalent college degrees
