Robotics Support: Install, configure, and maintain robotic systems used for in-fab support. Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on robotic hardware and software. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement upgrades and improvements. Equipment Intelligence Applications: Deploy and support EI applications on Linux-based servers. Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to ensure uptime and data integrity. Work with internal software teams to resolve bugs and implement patches. Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary technical contact for customers on-site. Provide training, documentation, and hands-on support to customer personnel. Communicate effectively to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction. Domestic and International travel is required based on business need. Currently it requires a minimum of 35% travel. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in robotics, automation, or semiconductor equipment support. Proficiency with Linux systems, including command-line tools, scripting, and server management. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel and work in cleanroom environments. English speaking Experience with Python, Bash, or other scripting languages. Familiarity with semiconductor fab operations and safety protocols. Knowledge of networking and remote system access tools (SSH, VPN, etc.). Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and documentation.
