Product Manager 3

Responsible for developing strategies and processes across all Spares commodities Definition and management of the part family product strategy to address emerging aftermarket business opportunities Management of released products in the Spares portfolio Partner closely with supply chain, product groups, engineering, operations, marketing, and business development in this role Master's degree in Applied Science, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related field with 3+ years of experience; or a PhD with no previous professional experience; or equivalent experience Ability to articulate high level vision and advocate for your position across multiple groups with Lam Strong bias toward action Exceptional analytical, creative thinking, and problem solving skills Exceptional clear communication and presentation skills Comfortable traveling 10% of time Experience with complex problem-solving including clarification of symptoms and ability to highlight the fundamental root cause and necessary corrective actions Experience leading cross functional teams Experience designing, specifying, building, operating, or maintaining semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, or related hardware tools and equipment Familiarity with one or more families of semiconductor equipment
