Design and implement intelligent agents with key capabilities, including planning, tool use, memory, and reflection, using modern frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen. Ensure seamless integration of AI agents with external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms to enable effective task execution. Provide technical and strategic direction to the team in developing Agentic solutions as well as contribute to drive technical excellence in the team by establishing Best Known Methods (BKMs) for deploying LLMs and agentic systems in production environments, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and maintainability. Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define requirements & translate business goals into technical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including process engineers, design engineers, product and test engineering teams, and data scientists—to define high-impact problem statements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
