Principal HRBP

Job Description

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of HRBP, Regional HR Strategy. The successful candidate will serve as a Strategic HR Business Partner to broad business leaders in Japan. 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic HR Initiatives
  Collaborate with the Senior Manager (supervisor) and business unit leaders to plan and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Address Organizational Challenges
  Analyze issues related to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, and propose and implement effective solutions.

• Participate in HR Projects
  Actively contribute as a project member in various HR initiatives.

• Change Management
  Support organizational transformation through effective change management practices to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications

【MUST】

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the HR field
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to independently resolve complex employee relations issues
• Ability to promote positive behaviors across the organization, enhance motivation, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with other HR teams
• Proficient in English communication, including participation in meetings and delivering presentations

• Experience as an HR Business Partner in a global company
• A proactive and positive mindset, with the ability to independently tackle challenges and issues as they arise

当社では、ハイブリッド勤務モデルを採用しており、従業員は週に2日間リモートワークを行うことができます。同時に、残りの日はチームとしてオフィスに集まり、協働を強化しています。出社指定日は火曜日から木曜日で、イノベーション、コラボレーション、そして継続的な学習に取り組む日としています。
