Executing the strategy developed by commodity leads, gaining alignment, motivating and engaging both internal and external stakeholders to fulfill the project objectives Driving cross-functional projects and recurring activities to ensure the successful transition of alternative material qualifications and implementations Managing the transfer of complex semiconductor WFE components from prototype status to production status by interfacing with technical design teams, production readiness teams, and suppliers Managing Lam expectations through an intimate knowledge of supplier processes and assisting design teams through knowledge of supplier capabilities and limitations Assessing project risks and driving mitigation activities Managing project-specific supply chain readiness and communicating status Building rapport and collaborative relationship with assigned suppliers to ensure accountability system is in place, operating model meets the needs of both organizations and NPI capability roadmaps are aligned Operating across boundaries and prioritizing the activities of the organization to achieve best-in-class results Developing and presenting meaningful and impactful messages to a wide array of internal and external audiences Monitoring work from project initiation through completion, providing support and direction, and escalating issues until resolved or mitigated Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field, with 12 years of experience; or 8 years and a Master's degree. Ten (10) years of experience in a similar role Seven (7) years of related experience in project management or program management Experience in interfacing with or managing relationships with external suppliers Technical acumen or interest in technology that enables productive relationships with technical design teams. Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master Knowledge of the process steps involved in the production of complex subassemblies Detail-oriented, Agile, Tolerant of Ambiguity, Self-Driven
