Own the New York HVM Site TIQ business process, track project schedule status in TMQ (Tool Move Qual) application. Through Negative Float Solve (NFS) meetings, you will collaborate with partners to mitigate timeline and cost risks and deliver desired results. Ensure documentation readiness to enable installations to meet business plans: Tool Configuration Documentation (Doc2), TSR (Tool service requirements) and TUM (Tool Utility Matrix). TIQ business process execution, project tracking that includes driving Performance-to-Plan (P2P), and reporting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics and gaps to partners and leaders. TIQ Change Management business process owner: System management, Change Control Board (CCB) Meetings to approve changes that have cost and/or schedule impact. Drive the TIQ Steering Committee, Facilitate Training and Workshops, TIQ related data system ownership, and data validation. Collaborate with sister HVM sites and central teams for benchmarking, leverage existing best-known methods (BKMs), generate and document new BKMs as part of the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), and train partners on best practices. Ability to build and maintain global relationships, excellent communication and presentation skills, and use data analysis skills to support decision-making. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of Engineering experience. Experience in Semiconductor Front End Tool Installation and process equipment methodologies. Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, and project/program management skills. Ability Influence partners and customers to enable the success of your programs to deliver the desired results. Knowledge of Program Management methods and related experience (PMP certification, is a bonus but not required). Strong PC Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365 Application suite, Tableau, Power Automate, AI applications (e.g., Co-Pilot), and SharePoint (expert level knowledge is highly beneficial). Experience in Change Management methodologies. Flexibility to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
