Establish and continuously improve process conditions and technologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Upgrade process capabilities while reducing production costs through data-driven analysis and innovation. Develop, implement, and refine process management projects to support operational excellence. Configure and optimize process parameters across a variety of semiconductor equipment platforms. Evaluate, promote, and plan the integration of new equipment and materials to support technology roadmap. Conduct abnormality analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure process stability and yield improvement. Develop labor productivity projects 2 or less years of fulltime experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related engineering field
