Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, vendors, and clients, to integrate process systems into facility designs and operations. Oversee the creation and maintenance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for process systems, ensuring accuracy and coordination with other disciplines. Conduct risk assessments, system performance analyses, and troubleshooting to resolve issues related to UPW purity, gas delivery, or chemical handling. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, including SEMI standards, OSHA, and local codes for hazardous materials. Coordinate with procurement teams to select equipment, materials, and vendorss, ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability. Implement monitoring and control systems (e.g., SCADA, PLC) to optimize system performance and support predictive maintenance. Stay updated on advancements in process system technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
