Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Mechanical Engineer to join our New Product Development (NPD) and Engineer to Order (ETO) design team.
As a Mechanical Engineer at Veeco’s Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) site, based in St. Paul, MN, you will be highly involved in the design and development of capital equipment used to fabricate some of the most advanced and highest performing semiconductor devices in the world. These systems are critical in the manufacturing process for a wide range of high-tech devices. This role involves overall system design, automation, vacuum vessel design, vacuum wafer transfer, and many other engineering and design areas.

Qualifications:
BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience or an MS degree is required. Experience designing capital equipment assemblies is preferred. Experience with 2D/3D CAD systems is required.

Salary and Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $73,000-$93,000, plus a bonus opportunity. We will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors when determining your pay.
