Shift:
The regular hours for this position are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 11:00am to 11:15pm. You will receive a 10% shift differential.Job Description:
The Manufacturing Technician 3 is responsible for performing advanced manufacturing and assembly tasks in a cleanroom environment, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and production standards. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a shift team to meet daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety & Quality Compliance:
Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols and quality standards within the manufacturing area.
Follow cleanroom procedures and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines.
Assembly & Mechanical Work:
Perform mechanical assembly of stiffeners, PCBAs, interposers, and associated hardware and electrical components.
Execute mechanical adjustments using hand tools, tweezers, dial indicators, handheld digital meters, torque verification, and microscopes.
Read and follow detailed mechanical work instructions and engineering documentation.
Testing & Troubleshooting:
Set up testers for electrical testing and conduct electronic casualty analysis of probe cards.
Perform adjustments to probe cards to achieve planarity (flatness) of the array.
Conduct microscope inspections of components and hardware.
Apply knowledge of electronic theory and components to resolve test failures.
Perform basic troubleshooting down to component level using ohm/cap/voltage meters.
Data Analysis & Documentation:
Perform data analysis and understand SPC (Statistical Process Control) processes for all processing steps.
Record and enter test results accurately into designated systems.
Collaboration & Production Support:
Work within a shift team to support operations and engineering tasks.
Contribute as an individual to meet daily production quotas.

This role in Livermore, California pays between $25.80 and $33.86 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations.
